SUPPORT GROUP MEETINGS

Blood Pressure Support Groups are run by people with high blood pressure for people with high blood pressure. By going to Group meetings you can find out about nutrition and lifestyle changes for managing high blood pressure; treating high blood pressure with medication; monitoring high blood pressure at home; local services available to you for helping you manage your high blood pressure and much more. You will also have a chance to hear from speakers like local Practice Nurses, GP’s, pharmacists and nutritionists.

This is a new venture for the BPA. We have completed a pilot and will be setting up new groups soon. Keep an eye on the web site for details.
