During the Blood Pressure Association's Know your Numbers! Week 2010, 13-19 September, more than 1,400 community venues across the UK offered free blood pressure checks.
The Blood Pressure Association would like to thank all our partipating Pressure Stations and supporters who helped to ensure that more than 100,000 people now know their blood pressure numbers, thanks to the free checks they were given during the event.
Look out for more Blood Presssure Association testing events throughout the year.
In the meantime, you can get a free blood pressure check year-round at:
- GP surgeries
- health centres
- many high street pharmacies
