The Blood Pressure Association is dedicated to lowering the nation's blood pressure, step by step. We use our expertise to help the local NHS to provide local initiatives to ensure that the delivery of NHS Health Checks for 40-74 year-olds, as part of the government's national vascular screening programme 'Putting Prevention First', is a success in your area.
Taking the pressure off PCTs
We can provide a service to carry out the NHS Health Checks (vascular screening) and support workshops, covering basic information, lifestyle advice, medicine management and home monitoring, following referral. These can be tailored to meet your particular challenges and opportunities, and work alongside existing initiatives.
