Why take part in Know your Numbers! Week?

Know your Numbers! Week is the UK's biggest blood pressure testing and awareness event. Run by UK charity the Blood Pressure Association, Know your Numbers! Week provides free blood pressure checks and information to hundreds of thousands of people during the second week of September each year.

Last year more roughly a quarter of a million people had a free blood pressure check in a single week. The campaign has proved so successful that we were nominated for The Charity Awards 2008 - and won!

Nurses, pharmacists, doctors, occupational health officers and fitness trainers are among the thousands of health professionals who take part each year.
