The British 10K London Run attracts runners from all over the world, including current Olympic and World champions, who run shoulder to shoulder with charity fun runners and fitness enthusiasts.

We have another 36 places available for the 2010 British London 10K Run on Sunday 11 July. Please use the form below to register your interest in taking part.

Using much of the planned 2012 Olympic Marathon route, the British London 10K (which can also be walked) is a great way to see the sights of London. It gives participants a riverside view of the London Eye and Houses of Parliament before finishing at Whitehall.

If you need some inspiration, read more about some of our fantastic runners who took part in the 2009 British London 10K. Thank you to all our runners - your support really does make a big difference to the work of the Blood Pressure Association.
