The British 10K London Run attracts runners from all over the world, including current Olympic and World champions, who run shoulder to shoulder with charity fun runners and fitness enthusiasts.
We wish the best of luck to our runners taking part in the 2010 British London 10K Run on Sunday 11 July on behalf of the Blood Pressure Association. We hope you enjoy the event and thanks very much for your support.
Using much of the planned 2012 Olympic Marathon route, the British London 10K (which can also be walked) is a great way to see the sights of London. It gives participants a riverside view of the London Eye and Houses of Parliament before finishing at Whitehall.
