Help us test the nation’s blood pressure and reach more than 250,000 adults in the UK.

Know your Numbers! Week is the nation’s biggest blood pressure testing event and takes place in September each year. It is the main awareness raising activity in Blood Pressure Association’s calendar and the jewel in its campaigning crown. It is a very effective way to help tens of thousands of people to get a better understanding and better control of their blood pressure.

This annual event tests the blood pressure of around 250,000 people at over 2,000 sites around the UK.
