The charity relies heavily on the support of many volunteers and helpers, without whom we would not be where we are today.

As we seek to reach even more people with the tools and support they need to avoid unnecessary death and disability from high blood pressure, we are more in need of volunteers and interns than ever.

Volunteering

Volunteers make a vital contribution to our work. From office admin, mailings and database support to manning stands and providing consultancy advice, your help can help us to reach even more people.

If you think that you could give some of your time or expertise to the Blood Pressure Association please contact info@bpassoc.org.uk or call us on 020 8772 4994.

You can read about current volunteering opportunities and hear from previous volunteers here.

Internships – gain valuable experience

We are looking for volunteers who are keen to gain experience of working in the voluntary sector. We have 3-month internships available in all of our Teams (Fundraising, Communications and Information) and working with the Executive Director. While there is no salary, we will provide you with a travel and lunch allowance and a range of really useful work experience within the third sector.

For more information contact info@bpassoc.org.uk or call us on 020 8772 4994.

Other ways you can help

From telling your story in the media or helping to run an event, there are many ways that you help us tackle the nation’s blood pressure.
